Digital delivery and final sale
Because these products are delivered electronically and may be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, sales are generally final once digital access is provided. We do not ordinarily offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases or failure to use the content.
Problems accessing your purchase
If you cannot open your file, received the wrong product, or experienced a download problem, please contact us through our contact page. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the correct or working file.
Consumer rights
